The ELCI strives to equip its English language learners with the necessary tools to actively participate in authentic English-speaking communities. These locations include but are not limited to academic contexts such as U.S. high schools and universities, the workplace, and the global community where English is used.  Every effort is made to ensure students learn in safe and interactive environments that foster intercultural and educational growth.

To achieve these goals, ELCI offers a variety of programs, from Intensive English Preparation courses, to Study Tours for young students.  Many programs for many purposes!
