ELCI has two great locations for instruction. Our center in Monmouth has a wide variety of programs to offer, from high school and college preparation, to specialty programs. Our new center in Albany is on campus at Linn-Benton Community College, providing the opportunity to enter into the Oregon university system with high support and at low costs.

Programs

The ELCI strives to equip its English language learners with the necessary tools to actively participate in authentic English-speaking communities. These locations include but are not limited to academic contexts such as U.S. high schools and universities, the workplace, and the global community where English is used.  Every effort is made to ensure students learn in safe and interactive environments that foster intercultural and educational growth.
